Academic Session

The academic session of the school begins in April and ends in March. The first term runs from April to September with Half-Yearly Exams, and the second term runs from October to March ending with Annual Exams.

Affiliation

Our schools are affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi.

Administration

The school runs under the registered society BRAINS EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, which vests powers to the Managing Committee for governing the functioning of the school and taking policy decisions for the upliftment of the school.

Admissions

Nursery

Admissions are open to Nursery class for children who have completed 3 years on 1st April of the academic year.

Procedure

Admission forms are available at the school office before the end of March (dates notified on the notice board). Parents must return the filled forms with the following documents:

  • Date of Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam
  • Latest passport-size colored photograph
  • Aadhar Card
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the previous school
Other Classes

Admission to other classes depends on seat availability. Selection is based on previous examination results and performance in the entrance test.

Admission Test

The date & time will be notified on the notice board. Subjects tested:

  • Prep: English & Maths (Personal Interaction/Interview)
  • Class I – V: Hindi, English & Maths
  • Class VI – IX: Hindi, English, Maths & Science
Principal’s Authority

The Principal reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to any candidate without assigning any reason.

Transfer Certificate (T.C.)

No admission will be granted unless a T.C. from a recognized school is submitted. Students from outside Uttar Pradesh must have their T.C. counter-signed by the competent educational authority.
